Return and Refund Policy

Returns

  1. You have [30] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  2. To be eligible for a return:
    • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
    • Your item must be in the original packaging.
    • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  1. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  2. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  3. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

  1. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  2. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

  1. Some items may be labeled as non-returnable. Please check product descriptions before making a purchase.
  2. Gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

  1. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will cover return shipping costs.
